CONTRACT: *Customer must sign a one (1) year contract and agree to pay Eric Vellone Enterprises (Web Host Technologies) $56.95 per month. *There is a $300 fee to cancel contract at anytime. *Eric Vellone Enterprises reserves the right to cancel services at anytime. *Every webpage designed will diplay a "footer" stating "Designed and Powered by Eric Vellone Entperprises (Web Host Technologies)" for the duration of said one year contract. There is however an added $50 fee to remove this footer before contract is terminated. PAYMENT OF SERVICES *Services are billed on a monthly basis. *There is a five (5) day grace period on payments due. *In the event payment is not made by the fifth grace period day, customer will have all services suspended and will be billed the remainder of the one year contract. Services will them be unsuspended after payment is made. *In the event customer account goes to collections, customer agrees to pay ALL collection fees plus $10 per month until payment is paid in full. This includes lawyer fees and court cost. PRIVACY *Eric Vellone Enterprises (Web Host Technologies) takes every effort to keep your information private. We guarantee we will never rent, lend, sale, or let anybody borrow your personal information at any time. DISCLAIMER OF SERVICES *Eric Vellone Enterprises (Web Host Technologies) reserves the right to cancel services at anytime. *To keep the integrity of Eric Vellone Enterprises, our clients, and our partners we decline to work on and/or host websites that promote or sale porn, hate, degradation of women, illegal activities, or anything else that is deemed inappropriate by Eric Vellone Enterprises. *In the event it is found that your website does in fact have inappropriate content, all services will be suspended and customer will be billed the remainder of said contract. *Eric Vellone Enterprises makes absolutly no guarantee on sales, click, or website traffic. |
